Environmental & Natural Resource Law

Environmental law is a combination of California and Federal statutes and regulations, local ordinances, and case law governing clean air practice, water pollution, hazardous and solid waste, and wetlands. We help our clients obtain necessary permits and comply with regulations and auditing principles to protect them from violations and penalties. Our firm represents individuals and organizations in bringing actions where they believe a violation has occurred.
